Polyurethane covered cam followers, also known as track rollers, are designed to guide materials and support movable assemblies while protecting surfaces they come in contact with, such as expensive track equipment, while also reducing noise. They are mounted using the threaded stud installed into a tapped hole or by installing into a through hole and securing in place with a nut. The threaded studs feature a re-lubrication hole where a grease zerk can be installed or the hole can be plugged with the included brass insert.
Polyurethane molded cam followers are used in a wide range of industrial and automation applications, typically where higher load bearing is required. They are available in a wide variety of different durometers, styles, sizes, and options.
Standard ML6 polyurethane molded track rollers are made from black-oxide coated steel but are available in stainless steel upon request, in both SAE and Metric sizes.
