Overview
Molded Polyurethane for Food & Beverage Applications
Food & Beverage
FDA-Compliant Polyurethane for Critical Food & Beverage Processes
Meridian Laboratory’s ML6 polyurethane parts are commonly used across the food and beverage industry for applications in rotary filling and capping, pharmaceutical packaging, glass container handling, fish processing, lid liner production, and pet food packaging. These parts are made with FDA-compliant urethane, are resistant to wear, and stay stable in wet, humid, and harsh conditions without losing shape or delaminating. They grip firmly with high friction, but don’t mark or damage the products they come in contact with. Because they’re molded to exact tolerances and bonded firmly, ML6 parts protect sensitive materials and limit production delays.
Application & Uses
Common Applications & Uses for Molded Polyurethane in Food & Beverage

Strong Bond & Durability for Harsh Environments
ML6 polyurethane coated yoke rollers and covered bearings are used on rotary filling and capping equipment that operate on a track guide assembly.
The ML6 Advantage
ML6 polyurethane rollers and bearings maintain shape and stability in harsh, wet, and humid environments. Their strong bond strength provides excellent longevity and minimizes costly downtime in continuous production settings.
